New and used car prices shown are retail prices only and do not include taxes, license, or $492 retail delivery fee. On every retail purchase of a new or used vehicle there is a charge of $492 for a Retail Delivery Fee: Retail Delivery Fee is the charged by Dealer for the costs incident to vehicle inventory management and processing, salespersons & management, overhead, administrative staff supplies and other administrative services & includes some profit.

As described in detail in Section C of the original Buyer's Order:

Retail Delivery Fee means fees charged by Dealer for the costs incident to vehicle inventory management and processing, salespersons & management overhead, administrative staff supplies and other administrative services except for reimbursed items.  This fee includes a good faith estimate of the average of the costs incident to vehicle inventory management and cleaning, salespersons, overhead, administrative staff, supplies and other administrative services and does not necessarily reflect the actual cost to Dealer. The actual cost of these costs and expenses on any particular vehicle may be more or less than the Retail Delivery Fee charged in this transaction.  If the actual costs are more than the fee charged, then such additional actual cost reduces Dealer's profits.  If the actual costs are less than the fee charged, then such amount over the actual costs incurred constitutes additional profit to Dealer.  This fee is not a Federal, State or County charge.
